Dahi Malai Murgh


Prep Time: 1 Hour   Cook Time: 25 - 30 Mins  Serves: 4 - 6

Introduction

Quick and easy this lip smacking chicken get a boosting flavor from hang curd and cream. It goes great with pita bread.

Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Hung curd 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Black pepper 1 tsp
  5. Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  7. Cream 1 cup
Directions
  1. Marinate chicken with salt, hung curd, black pepper for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil and put marinated chicken in pan cover and let cook.
  3. When cooked add cream, slow flame and mix cream.
  4. Add fenugreek leaves mix, do not cook more after adding cream.
  5. Remove, dish out and a serve hot.
